Features:
  • 1/2" couplers and adapters will interchange with 3/4" couplers and adapters, only the threads and barbs are 1/2".
  • 1-1/4" couplers and adapters will interchange with 1-1/2" couplers and adapters, only the threads and barbs are 1-1/4".
Construction:
  • Manufactured from glass-filled polypropylene.
Specifications:
  • Maximum operating pressure: 125 PSI (1/2" - 1"), 100 PSI (1-1/4" - 2"), 60 PSI (3"), and 50 PSI (4"); recommendations based on the use of mating Dixon® fittings at an ambient temperature of 70°F (21°C) with standard seal installed.
How It Works:
  • To make a connection, simply slide the adapter into the coupler and with normal hand pressure, press the cam levers down.
  • Uncoupling is as quick and simple as coupling. Just lift the cam arms and remove the adapter.
Safety Notes:
  • Under no circumstances should cam and groove couplings be used for compressed air or steam service!
  • Pressure rating is based on the seal of the mating part.
  • Pressure rating recommendations are based on the use of mating Dixon® fittings at ambient temperature 70°F (21°C) with a standard seal installed.
  • NOT recommended for use with PTFE gaskets, polypropylene cam & groove should not be mixed with metal fittings.
