Delivering a continuous, measured stream of clean atomized oil, Alemite Oil Mist Systems have no moving parts for long, reliable life. Alemite Oil Mist Systems use less lubricant, making them a very cost effective option for continuous, automatic lubrication.

  • Used to heat incoming air for misting of high-viscosity oils that do not mist at ambient temperature (viscosities between 1,000 to 6,000 SSU @ 110° F
  • Unit can also be used to increase and stabilize the air/oil ratio of all oils under varying ambient temperatures
