SPECIFICATIONS

Applications: Air Brake hose connections. Advantages: Can be used for nearly any brake line. Easy to assemble with a good selection of hose end configurations. Brass material offers excellent resistance against corrosion.
SAE Rating: N/A Conformance: Meets SAE & DOT specifications (FMVCS 10 GAL)
Pressure: Determined by maximum working pressure for hose size. Up to 125 psi Temperature Range: -40°F to + 120°F ( -40°C to +48°C )
Tolerance: +/- .02 on all dimensions.
Assembly Instructions:
  • 1) Slide nut and sleeve onto hose. Make sure bevel edge of sleeve faces out toward fitting.
  • 2) Push hose into fitting until it bottoms.
  • 3) Screw nut until contact is made with body hex.
  • NOTE: When reassembling fitting, body and nut should be inspected. Only reuse if in proper condition. Sleeves should never be reused.
