  • Temperature range: -40°F to 200°F (-40°C to 93°C).
Approvals:
  • Ref. SAE 100424 BA
  • Meets DOT FMVSS 571.106 and SAE J246.
Assembly Instructions:
  • 1. Cut tubing squarely - maximum of 15° angle allowable.
  • 2. Check that port or mating part is clean and free of debris.
  • 3. Insert tubing into fittings until it bottoms on seat.
  • 4. Tighten nut with wrench until one thread remains visible on the fittings body (this will allow for a number of remakes); or, the nut should be screwed down finger tight, then wrench-tightened as indicated in the chart below.
